Introducing the Everfiller

A fully mobile hydrogen fuelling solution for small and medium-sized fleets of heavy-duty vehicles.

The Everfiller is based on a simplistic design which reduces maintenance requirements– offering you high uptime and high availability at all times.

Instead of investing in a conventional fixed fuelling station, the Everfiller offers a highly flexible solution for smaller vehicle fleets and comes with the benefit of a lower hydrogen price. The Everfiller lowers potential barriers for fleet owners to test hydrogen as a zero emission fuel.

The unit is based on patent-pending technology from Everfuel, and pilots are expected in the second half of 2023 with full scale operation in 2024.

The Everfiller - a Mobile Refuelling Solution

Everfuel is proud to present the Mobile Refueller, our trailer mounted, fully mobile hydrogen fuelling solution.

The solution is primarily aimed at lower volume users, either those who have small operations needing private fuelling, or those wanting to run small scale trials or demonstrations.

The unit is fully mobile, meaning that it can simply be rolled away when the fuelling period is finished. This avoids the normal need to establish a long term, committed hydrogen offtake usually associated with building a fixed station, allowing Everfuel to offer much greater flexibility in terms of length and size of offtake commitment.

The system is lean and simple enough that it enables us to offer low hydrogen prices at much lower volumes than a conventional filling station. Additionally, the simplicity of the design limits maintenance requirements and therefore gives the system a high uptime.

The Mobile Refueller has 3 onboard integrated fuelling lines that can be directly filled from, allowing the filling of up to 3 vehicles in parallel.

The Everfiller is fully mobile and requires no long-term commitment

Smaller fuel-cell vehicle fleet owners have previously faced the challenge of the need to commit to long-term offtake, which is normally required for building a fixed station. The Everfiller is fully mobile and can simply be used elsewhere when the fuelling period is finished. This allows Everfuel to offer significantly greater flexibility in terms of length and size of offtake commitment.
